This happened to me as well. I had to reload grsas earlier save. It seems to happen if you do all of the oracle activity before visiting the snake. You sims 4 more club members reload though, the main questline is broken and wont fix, as there's no way to trigger the next quest starting.
So i'm not sure what i wanna do. It sucks but you cant play any further into the main story unless u do. I was very pissed but glad i bit the bullet in the long run.
